You have two options to choose from when ordering from us:
Standard
This is free, and is delivery by the Royal Mail 2nd class post.
Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class takes from 3 - 5 days.
Please note that this is not a trackable delivery system, and in the event of a query we will only be able to tell you the date it was dispatched,
and we can only take further action once the full period of 14 days has expired.
Express
This is charged at £5 per item and is delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery is generally next day depending on when your order is confirmed.
Goods must be signed for upon receipt, and a copy of the signature is kept for proof of delivery.
This delivery system is trackable, and so in the event of query we will be able to assist you and can follow up on missing deliveries within 24 hours of receipt of a query.
You will be emailed a tracking reference number for your delivery once the goods are dispatched.
Packaging
There is no extra charge for Packaging, and each item will be packed for safe delivery.
